Encompass Mental Health in Sioux Falls offers counseling with a focus on real-life support in a judgment-free space. With over 50 years of combined experience, their team is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges and thrive.

Scope + Goals
Encompass Mental Health was previously using an all-in-one website solution tailored for therapists but faced challenges with limited flexibility and slow support response times. I design a custom 19-page website and develop the build, while their team manages backend migration internally post-launch. The site empowers Encompass to independently add and update therapist profiles, blog posts, and resources.
My Role
After finalizing the user journey, I begin with moodboards to help Encompass visualize the new design direction. I update their color palette to meet accessibility standards while maintaining brand integrity, building toward a warm, welcoming site in earth tones that reflects their mission of judgment-free care. Another developer builds the style guide and some components, while I complete the remaining design tokens and build out the full 19-page Webflow site. To support ongoing independence, I use Webflow variable components and create video tutorials covering CMS additions, component editing, and page creation.
Website Support
My support role with Encompass continues post-launch. I create new components and implement requested updates as the practice grows, including adding a new location and component updates completed this summer. Additional support is planned for this fall as Adam's needs evolve.
