Riceland Coop
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Riceland is the largest miller and marketer of rice in the U.S. and a farmer-owned cooperative with a legacy spanning over 100 years. The new website needed to reflect that history while prioritizing the needs of its grower-members, making resources, tools, and cooperative updates more accessible.

Scope + Goals
Riceland's previous website had limited functionality and was managed by their app integrator, making updates difficult. They needed a modern, easy-to-edit site their internal team could manage, with tools to serve members and support live data like cash bids, weather, and seasonal updates.

My Role
I stepped in as project manager in April 2025, after the site had stalled in the design phase with no clear path to launch. I got the project back on track, coordinating the remaining design and development milestones while co-developing the build in Webflow. Working from design foundations established in Figma, I helped translate the visual system into modular, reusable sections built to support Riceland's needs: growing memberships, new dryer locations, and real-time alerts and news updates. I delivered the site on the new, tightened deadline, launching August 25th.
The Result
The final site is robust, responsive, and highly functional, equipped with dynamic CMS collections and page templates that empower Riceland to grow their digital presence. It successfully positions the cooperative as both a trusted agricultural partner and a forward-thinking brand. Since launch, Riceland has brought on a dedicated Webflow designer/developer to manage the site's continued growth and day-to-day updates.
